The underwater Maestro at work! He has a fantastic expression on his face and is no doubt up to his old tricks again.

There are a few small areas of paint separation. They are only really visible upon close examination in his tail and along his ear. This piece also shows evidence of slight line wear.
There appears to be a clear coating of some type that has been adhered to the painted portions of the cels, and is visible only upon close inspection..
