Light paint lifting throughout the lower body and a couple areas in the upper face and ear region. There is a light layer of clear sealant, barely visible, around the character which is not unusual for WB cels of this age. These conditions are not highly visible and we don't feel restoration is needed, however it can be easily restored if the buyer chooses..
