A wonderful piece with so much detail in the edges, from the kite eating tree to the pumpkins behind the characters.
This is a 4 cel set-up.

There is evidence that the peg holes on the two cels with the title have been affixed with tape. There are some smallish areas of paint missing throughout the letters..
