Our nearsighted hero being trailed by a white bird with a hat and tie! It must be noted that the actual cel of Mr. Magoo only includes the torso and head; the legs are actually part of the background which is a color reproduction.
This piece has some minor line wear and paint chipping which can be easily remedied with professional restoration. Each of the character cels have been taped to a separate cel with peg holes..
