Maurice Sendak Character drawing of A Cow . This is a character study from the Seven Little Monsters television program, which aired in the first half of the decade in the US and Canada on PBS. It is about 7 Monsters and their mother, and each Monster is named after a different number from 1 to 7, and each has unique physical characteristics. The size of the drawing is 9" x 12". There is slight evidence of rippling in the paper along the upper and lower edges of the artwork, which is visible only upon close examination..
