Dr Seuss
Character drawing of Some Kids.

According to Wikipedia, "Bartholomew and the Oobleck is a 1949 children's book by Dr. Seuss. It is a sequel to The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins, and follows the further adventures of the young royal page Bartholomew Cubbins of the kingdom of Didd as he tries to clean up after King Derwin orders an ill-advised magical spell cast to create something new coming from the sky, an extremely sticky green substance known as oobleck. Unlike the great majority of Seuss's books, this book is written in prose rather than verse."
The paper measures 11" x 8.5" while the image measures 7" x 5".
