Dr Seuss
Character drawing of The Lorax.

The work of Theodore Seuss Geisel, or Dr. Seuss, quickly evolved from editorial cartoons to deft illustrations of elaborate imagination. Seuss' unique artistic vision emerged as the golden thread which linked every facet of his varied career. His artwork became the platform from which he delivered 44 children's books, over 400 World War II political cartoons, hundreds of advertisements, countless editorials, and numerous character drawings filled with wonderfully inventive animals and clever humor.
This excellent piece is both timely and an outstanding example of the Tree Spokesman wacking himself on the head, presumably in frustration!
This artwork measures 5" x 3".

Signed by Dr. Seuss (Theodor Geisel).
