Dick Duerrstein’s homage to the genius of Chuck Jones is magnificently on display in this beautiful rendering of a signal moment from the classic opera-spoof, the 1957 Jones-directed What’s Opera, Doc? The famously and easily duped Elmer Fudd, apparently overcome with emotions so great that only singing will relieve them, serenades the deliciously over-the-top Bugs “Brunhilde” Bunny in his warbly, nasal-ly tenor.
This piece measures 24" x 24".
