This character looks quite a bit like Chuck Jones with the hair and the glasses. Chuck Jones himself voiced the character of Dr. Hoovey as well as Horton.


there is the slightest amount of paper lifting on the extreme upper edge visible only upon close inspection and can easily be matted out..
