There are some strips of white tape along the upper edge of the cel, as well as a tiny hairline tear in the middlemost peghole, which could be easily matted out. There is a small black smudge in the eyelashes of Cindy Lou's left eye. As visible in the web image, there is a slight tonality difference around the character in the drawing, which could be matted out. There are also a few tiny tears in the leftmost peghole, as well as some strips of tape peeking out over the upper edge, which could both be easily matted out. There is evidence of some handling along the left side of the drawing. There is evidence of some very slight pink paint residue in the drawing.
Framing was done prior to its arrival at WWA thus the list price is reflective of the art only--the piece comes with the frame pictured. There is no change in price due to the frame--it can be de-framed upon request at purchase but will not change the price of the piece.
