These happy Whos skate, climb and play as they celebrate the happy magic of Christmas in Whoville.
There are three poduction cels adhered by tape along the top and left side to a printed background.

There is evidence of medium line wear throughout the top cel; on the characters atop the stilts, the female character, the arrow, and the white circle to the right side. There is evidence of line wear in the character’s red legs on the second cel.
