Horton Hears a Who (1970)
Production cel of Horton.

Up, up, up he goes in search of the Whos! This is a beautiful cel that shows there was no mountain high enough to keep Horton from helping his little friends. The story of Horton and his helpless Whos was one of Dr Suess' first social commentaries warning of the dangers of not listening to the little people.
