Horton Hears a Who (1970) Production cel of Horton. "Horton Holds a Flower!" may not have been such an interesting story, but luckily for us on that flower was a speck of dust, and in the speck was a civilization called the Who. Horton just happened to hear them and the rest as they say is history. This cel marks a bit of history itself, as it is one of first times that Horton hears the Who in the 1970 film adaptation of the classic Seuss story.
