Having been burnt by Hollywood in the past, Dr Seuss was wary of having his books turned into films. That was until he met with Chuck Jones and knew his works were safe in the masters hands. This amazing cel of Horton's first interactions with the Whos proves that Seuss was right to trust Jones.
